Each season of the year gives us a chance to celebrate gastronomy and offers us some of the most exquisite produce of the north of Spain. Red peppers, white asparagus, wild mushrooms, olive oil, and artichokes open a gastronomic world of opportunities. Join us on a gastronomic escapade that takes us out into nature, farm fields, and olive groves as we discover how the produce is grown, collected and prepared. Enjoy, learn, and feast on a hunt for wild mushrooms, or pick and roast red peppers during the harvest season, or press olives into rich oils into which we dip freshly toasted Spanish bread.
