Each season of the year gives us a chance to celebrate gastronomy and offers us some of the most exquisite produce of the north of Spain. Red peppers, white asparagus, wild mushrooms, olive oil, and artichokes open a gastronomic world of opportunities. Join us on a gastronomic escapade that takes us into the nature, the farmer’s fields, and olive groves discovering how each product is grown, collected and prepared. Enjoy, learn and feast on a hunt for wild mushrooms, or pick and roast red peppers during the harvest season, or press the olives into rich oils we dip into freshly toasted Spanish bread.
