Serving a Cider Menu that is made up of chorizo cooked in cider, salt-cod omelette, fresh cod fried with peppers, char-grilled T-bone steaks, and for dessert - walnuts and Idiazábal sheep's cheese. Discover Navarra’s Sal Dorada - golden salt, a commodity harvested by the Romans, possessed by the King of Navarra for his personal use and still a priceless culinary delicatessen. Admire the turquoise waters and its charming waterfalls of Urederra springs, cross the Urbasa mountain range from the monastery of Iranzu to the village Arbizu where they are said to make the best Txistorra - the local sausage in the region.
