Thank you for visiting Northern Spain Travel. This website is owned and operated by OBM Luxury Ventures S.L., a Spanish limited company CIF B71517882, registered under Tourism Licence CI.NA-182, with its registered office at Calle Iturkoa 3 Bj-Tr, Berriozar 31013, Navarra, Spain.

Contract

Our trips are tailor-made to your requirements and subject to supplier availability.
Before a booking is confirmed, we request a design deposit of €400 per person, which allows our team to begin crafting your personalised itinerary.
Once you receive your detailed itinerary and confirm your acceptance, we will request the required first payment according to the agreed payment schedule. When this payment is received in cleared funds, we will issue your Booking Confirmation.

A binding contract is formed at that point between you (the lead traveller) and OBM Luxury Ventures
By booking, you confirm that you have authority to represent all travellers in your group and that you accept responsibility for all payments and communications.
Please ensure all names, dates, and details are correct. Any later correction may result in additional costs.

Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices before your booking is confirmed, for example due to supplier cost changes or currency fluctuations.

A deposit (amount stated in your quotation) is required to confirm your booking.
The balance must be paid 12 weeks before departure.

If you book less than 12 weeks before travel, full payment is due at booking.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card (you are responsible for any fees).

Your booking will not be confirmed until cleared funds are received.

Insurance

It is a condition of booking that you and all travellers have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation, loss of luggage, and repatriation.
We are not responsible for any costs arising from failure to purchase adequate insurance.

Passports, Visas, and Health

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travellers possess valid passports, visas, and health documentation required for your trip.
Passports must usually be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
We can provide general guidance, but it is your responsibility to check entry and vaccination requirements.

We accept no liability if you are denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation or health formalities.

If you or any member of your party has a disability, medical condition, or reduced mobility, please inform us before booking so that we can confirm suitability and make any necessary arrangements.

Information Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate, but details may change before your booking is confirmed.
We will confirm all relevant details in your Booking Confirmation.

Amendments, Transfers, and Cancellation by You

(a) Amendments

If you wish to change your booking after confirmation, we will try to accommodate your request.
An administration fee of €100 per change, plus any additional supplier costs, will apply.
If changes cannot be made, you may choose to cancel, and cancellation charges (see below) will apply.

(b) Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another traveller who meets all booking conditions.
We must receive written notice at least 7 days before departure.
Any additional costs incurred will be charged, plus an amendment fee of €100.

(c) Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time by written notice to info@obmluxurytravel.com.
The following cancellation fees normally apply:

50% of total cost

Less than 8 weeks

Up to 100% of total cost

These reflect non-recoverable supplier and administrative costs.
If your cancellation reason is covered by your insurance, you may be able to reclaim charges from your insurer.

All refunds due will be paid to the lead traveller within 14 days of cancellation, less applicable charges.

Amendments or Cancellation by Us

While we aim to deliver your itinerary exactly as planned, occasionally we may need to make changes.

(a) Before Departure

Minor changes may occur. If we must make a significant change (such as major itinerary, accommodation, or transport alteration), we will notify you as soon as possible.
You may then choose to:

  • Accept the revised arrangements,
  • Accept an alternative trip of similar or higher quality, or
  • Cancel and receive a full refund.

If the replacement trip is of lower quality, a price reduction will apply.

(b) Cancellation by Us

We may cancel your trip in exceptional circumstances, such as insufficient participant numbers or force majeure (unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances like war, epidemic, or natural disaster).
If cancellation occurs, you will receive a full refund and, where applicable, assistance arranging alternative travel, but no additional compensation will be due where the cause is beyond our control.

Our Liability

We are responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in your package, whether provided directly or through third-party suppliers.

If any part of your trip is not as agreed and this affects your travel experience, you are entitled to a price reduction or compensation unless the failure is due to:

  • Your own actions,
  • A third party unconnected to the services and unforeseeable, or
  • Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Except in cases involving death, injury, or where otherwise prohibited by law, our liability is limited to three times the total price of your trip.

For travel involving transport, liability is also governed by the relevant international conventions (e.g. the Montreal Convention for air travel).

Assistance During Travel

If you encounter difficulties during your trip, please contact us immediately.
We will provide prompt assistance, including information on medical services, consular contacts, or alternative travel arrangements if necessary.

Complaints

If any part of your trip does not meet expectations, please notify our representative or the service provider immediately so that we can address the issue.
If your concern remains unresolved, email us within 30 days of your return at info@obmluxurytravel.com or info@northernspaintravel.com , including your booking reference and full details.

We will review your complaint and respond as soon as possible in line with Spanish consumer-protection law.

Special Requests

Special requests (room types, diets, etc.) must be communicated in writing.
We will pass these on to suppliers but cannot guarantee fulfillment and are not liable if such requests cannot be met.

Excursions and Third-Party Activities

Only excursions or services included in your Booking Confirmation form part of your contract.
Any activities purchased locally during your trip are not part of our agreement, and we are not responsible for those third-party services.

Data Protection

We collect personal information to manage your booking (e.g. names, contact details, health or mobility data).
OBM Luxury Ventures S.L. is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679).

Your data may be shared with suppliers (e.g. hotels, transport providers) solely to fulfil your booking.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Financial Protection

All packages sold by OBM Luxury Ventures S.L. are financially protected as required by Spanish law.
Your payments are covered by our MARKEL Insurance insolvency policy, number 025S00145CAV, guaranteeing refunds and repatriation if necessary.
