Job Title: Key Account Manager
Location: United States (major metropolitan areas preferred)

About the Role
As we expand across the United States, Northern Spain Travel (NST) and OBM Luxury Travel (OBM) are seeking a Key Account Manager to represent our brands and manage high-value client relationships in key U.S. markets.
This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional with experience in luxury travel sales, business development, or key account management, someone who thrives on creating genuine connections and delivering exceptional service to discerning travelers.
You will act as our ambassador in the U.S., cultivating relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, travel agencies, and luxury lifestyle partners. Your goal: to grow awareness, trust, and revenue for NST & OBM through partnership, storytelling, and world-class client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, travel advisors, and agency partners across the U.S.
- Represent NST & OBM at luxury travel events (Virtuoso, ILTM, private showcases, etc.) and through direct outreach.
- Build long-term relationships with UHNW individuals and luxury networks seeking bespoke Spanish experiences.
- Collaborate with our in-house Travel Design team in Spain & rest of Europe under the brand of OBM to tailor unique itineraries for clients.
- Deliver high-touch service from first contact to post-travel follow-up, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new market opportunities and design client acquisition strategies.
- Partner with the marketing team to refine communications and promotional initiatives in the U.S. market.
- Record client data and performance metrics in CRM systems to ensure efficient follow-up and reporting.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying NST’s commitment to authenticity, artistry, and excellence.
Skills & Experience
Required:
- Experience in luxury travel sales, account management, or hospitality partnerships.
- Proven ability to cultivate and retain relationships with high-value clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury travel market and its expectations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Capacity to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the U.S. and occasionally to Spain.
- Genuine passion for Spain’s culture, gastronomy, and destinations.
Preferred:
- Established network of U.S. travel advisors and luxury travel professionals.
- Experience representing a European travel brand or DMC.
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) a plus.
