The world’s most electrifying festival — watched from a private balcony above the bulls, never from the crowd below. Privileged access, refined hospitality, and complete peace of mind.
For those who prefer to experience, rather than navigate.
Access by request only · Limited annual availability
For nine days each July, a quiet Navarrese capital becomes the most alive city in Europe. San Fermín is noise and colour, devotion and release — extraordinary to witness, and overwhelming to navigate alone.
Our approach is deliberately different.
We keep everything that makes the festival electric, and remove everything that makes it exhausting: the crowds, the uncertainty, the logistics. Every detail is arranged in advance and managed discreetly — so that all that remains for you is the experience itself.
San Fermín cannot be booked from the outside. The balconies that overlook the run, the tables that never appear online, the doors that open only to those who are known — these belong to relationships built over many years in Pamplona.
That is what we offer: not a guided tour, but quiet access to the right place at the right moment, arranged so seamlessly it feels effortless. The result is an experience that is at once deeply authentic and entirely your own.

At first light, the city falls silent. Then the rocket — and the street erupts beneath you. From a private balcony on the encierro route, you watch the run unfold in full, glass in hand, with nothing between you and the morning but the rail. Breakfast is served, the view is yours, and the crowd stays where it belongs: below.
The festival opens with a single, deafening moment: thousands packed into the square, red scarves raised, waiting for the rocket. You watch it from a discreet, elevated vantage point — the full force of the opening, chilled wine and light gastronomy in hand. The chaos admired, rather than endured.
Once the bulls have passed, the city exhales into something gentler. A privately guided walk through the rhythms most visitors miss — the processions, the giants, a mid-morning vermouth where the locals take theirs — at a pace made for understanding, not rushing.

Each programme is built from the experiences above — from a focused two-night visit to a fuller journey through Northern Spain.
Guests who travel with us are welcomed into the San Fermín Festival Pamplona Club — our community for those who return, year after year, to the festival they have come to love. Membership is simply how we look after the people who matter most to us.
San Fermín takes place once a year, from 6 to 14 July. The balconies, venues and homes that make this experience possible are genuinely finite, and confirmed on a first-request basis. The earlier we speak, the more we can secure.
A limited number of balconies remain for 6–14 July 2026
Every year from 6 to 14 July. It opens with the chupinazo at noon on 6 July, and the encierro takes place each morning at 08:00 from 7 to 14 July.
Select the experience or programme you’re interested in, and tell us a little about your plans. We’ll be in touch personally — whether you’d like more information or are ready to arrange your visit.
